Abstract: 

Site selection is an important and necessary issue for waste management in fast-growing regions. Because of the complexity of waste management systems, the selection of the appropriate solid waste landfill site requires consideration of multiple alternative solutions and evaluation criteria. This paper addresses the sitting of a new landfill using a multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) and overlay analysis using a geographic information system (GIS). In this article, to obtain suitable sites for sitting MSW landfill, options were identified and presented for a 20-year period of MSW landfill, WLC (Weighted Linear Combination) and cluster analysis methods are used. Finally, to rank the suitable sites for landfill sitting, using the comprehensive Hierarchical evaluation model with many main and sub-criteria is constructed and that is used. This approach is Hierarchical Fuzzy TOPSIS. The result showed that third option identified as the most preferred option for sitting MSW landfill. Subsequently, 1361 Sq. Km., i.e., 6 percent of the total area of study area, is suitable for landfill site. Using HFTOPSIS showed easy to use, time saving and performance than other methods as AHP. We suggest the employed procedure for other similar regions.

Abstract: 

Because of important role of development banks in optimal allocation of limited financial resources, their investment efforts must have an objective direction to the achievement of government's strategic goals. In order to get appropriate approaches in its investment, Bartk of Industry and Mine (BIM) as the only development bank in industry and mihe sector, aims to take a general survey among available investment opportunities. For this propose, this paper presents a model for prioritization of investment opportunities of BIM. After defining effective criteria and sub-criteria, their weights are estimated through experts' evaluations based on pair-wise comparisons of Analytical hierarchy process. Aggregation process is achieved through Hierarchical Fuzzy TOPSIS method. Fuzzy theory is utilized to model some qualitative criteria and also to handle uncertainty raised in estimation errors of some quantitative criteria. Although, obtained results enable BIM to derive its short-term and long-term investment directions, however the proposed method is a useful tool for many situations such as the case.

Abstract: 

THE QUESTION ABOUT USING WHICH DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AND APPLYING WHICH METHOD FOR GOODS AND SERVICES SUPPLY IS A VERY IMPORTANT DECISION OR FACTOR FOR ALL COMPANIES AND BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS IN THE MICRO AND MACRO LEVEL. EFFECTIVE DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL CAN BE USED AS A STRATEGY SOURCE FOR COMPANIES. THEREFORE CURRENT STUDY AIMED TO SELECT THE MOST EFFECTIVE DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL BETWEEN THE DIRECT CHANNELS, TELEPHONE CHANNELS AND INTERNET CHANNEL FOR ATLAS JET THE AIRLINE COMPANY. THIS IS DESCRIPTIVE-SURVEY STUDY. IT IS ALSO AMONG THE QUALITATIVE RESEARCH. THE SAMPLE POPULATION CONSISTED OF SENIOR MANAGERS AND CUSTOMERS OF ATLAS JET AIRLINE COMPANY. IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE THE STUDY OBJECTIVES, 32 MEMBERS OF SENIOR MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMERS WERE SELECTED FROM ATLAS JET AIRLINE. A QUESTIONNAIRE WAS USED TO COLLECT DATA FROM THE TOOL. RELIABILITY AND VALIDITY OF QUESTIONNAIRE WAS CONFIRMED USING COMPOSITE RELIABILITY AND CONTENT VALIDITY TESTS. TO ANALYZE THE DATA, USING THE DELPHI METHOD, THE MAIN CRITERIA WERE DETERMINED IN SELECTING DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL AND THEN USING Fuzzy ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (F-AHP) THE CRITERIA WERE PRIORITIZED AND FINALLY USING TOPSIS (TOPSIS) TECHNIQUE, METHODS OR CHANNELS OF BUYING TICKET WERE PRIORITIZED AND THE MOST IMPORTANT CRITERION WAS DETERMINED. THE FINDINGS SHOWED THAT IN TOTAL COMFORT, ACCESS, QUALITY, COST, SERVICE LEVEL AND PRODUCT DIVERSITY ARE THE MAIN CRITERIA IN THE SELECTION OF DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL BASED ON THE DELPHI METHOD. THEN, BASED ON F-AHP TECHNIQUES, THESE INDICATORS WERE RESPECTIVELY PRIORITIZED, AS FOLLOWS: COMFORT, ACCESS, QUALITY, COST, SERVICE LEVEL AND PRODUCT DIVERSITY. FINALLY, BASED ON THESE INDICATORS AND USING TOPSIS TECHNIQUE, ONLINE TICKET PURCHASE WAS DETERMINED AS THE PRIMARY METHOD.

Abstract: 

Background & Objective: Nowadays, according to growth of industry and increasing population, water resources are seriousely shortened. This lack of water resources will require special management to be considered in industry and agriculture. Among the various sources of water, surface waters are more susceptible to infection. The most important of these sources of pollution are industrial pollution, detergent, pesticides, radioactive materials, heat and salt concentration.Materials & methods: In this article, at first the importance of each pollutant will be evaluated base on the effects and its results and then quality evaluation of surface water will be studied. In order to assess the relative importance of these pollutants primarily using TOPSIS software, prioritize these factors as one of the Hierarchical analysis and then is modeled with decision tree method using Weka software, the importance of each factor is evaluated and if it does not meet the minimal importance of the decision tree will be removed.Results: The results obtained from the TOPSIS Fuzzy analysis indicate that surface water and groundwater are exposed to pollution about 74% and 26% respectively among the six pollutants examined in this study. In addition, results obtaned from the Hierarchical tree in software Weka has shown that the heat factor, soluble salts and industrial pollutants give impac factor or purity about 0.1338, 0.0523 and 1.2694 respectively. Conclusion: Surface water is at greater risk of being polluted compared with groundwater. The heat factor and low concentration of dissolved salts have the low impact and industrial pollutants are considered as the most influential factors in surface water pollution.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, groundwater depletion and the lack of replace water sources, one of the biggest problems is Nowadays, groundwater depletion and lack of enough water to replace it is one of the biggest problems considered all over the world. To solve this crisis as one of the major solutions, we can consider the artificial recharge of aquifers. Fatoieh plain of Hormozgan province is located in the central city district Bastak. Therefore groundwater is the major and only reliable source of water and due to severe drawdown; it is needed for artificial recharge of ground water aquifer of the region. Therefore, in order to identify areas suitable for artificial recharge some of the indicators consisting of nine hydrogeology and geographic parameters were chosen and presented in the form of maps in GIS environment. Meanwhile, we used Fuzzy TOPSIS method and Hierarchical Fuzzy TOPSIS network analysis combined with GIS to integrate of different information layers and to obtain the most suitable sites for the implementation of artificial recharge of the Fatoieh plain. The results showed good potential for artificial recharge in southern parts of the plain. Meanwhile, the Fuzzy TOPSIS network analysis presented better and acceptable results.

Abstract: 

Extended Abstract Purpose Risk management is the process of identifying, analyzing and accepting uncertainty in important economic decisions. Usually, risk management occurs when economic managers analyze the possibility of losses and risks of a macroeconomic issue and try to take appropriate measures according to the goals of the organization and the ability to bear risks. Also, risk can be measured both in absolute and relative terms. A complete and correct understanding of different types of risk can help senior economic managers to evaluate opportunities and costs related to the organization's approaches. In fact, human resource risk management by determining, analyzing and applying the necessary measures is known as a valid guarantee for the sustainable and continuous growth of the organization. Identifying, analyzing, measuring human resource risks and adopting strategies to face risks are the main stages of the human resources risk management process. The aim of this study is to prioritize the risks of human resources of the country's tax affairs organization according to the selected criteria so that the organization has the necessary preparation to manage and face each of these risks. Methodology This study is developmental-applicative because it aims to prioritize the risks of human resources in the country's tax affairs organization, and this can be effective in understanding the nature and effects of these risks and their effective management, and in addition, it will expand the literature. In terms of the approach, according to the nature of the data and the use of numbers and figures, it is quantitative research, and from the point of view of the location of the research, it is a library and field research, and interviews and questionnaires have been used as data collection tools. The research has three stages, which are:-The first stage of identifying human resources risks,-The second step is determining the criteria and criteria for ranking human resources risks. The third step is the analysis and evaluation of the organization's human resources risks. Finding The risk of identifying and registering taxpayers with a similarity index of 0. 58 is the first priority of the organization that should be taken into account, the statistics published by the authorities of the Tax Affairs Organization regarding tax evasion show this risk. The risk of the passive nature of the human resource deputy with a similarity index of 0. 57 is the second priority of the organization, despite the fact that many human resource management processes including recruitment, development, evaluation, etc. are directly related to the organization's resource development deputy, but the management and resource development deputy plays the least role in It has its own field of work, which is certainly one of the important reasons for the politicization of human resource strategies and the political approach of public administration. The third priority of the organization is the risk of tax recognition and certainty with a similarity index of 0. 55, which refers to unrealistic tax recognition and certainty, the risk of non-alignment of managers' goals with the goals of the organization with a similarity index of 0. 54, the fourth priority of the organization and the risk of not having technical skills with a similarity index of 0. 53, the fifth risk in There is a tax agency. Abstract: 

Developments in the world of business and new requirements leads to new attitudes which is considered essential for those involved in production and trade. New approaches and attitudes are developed about supply chain that leads to a green one. The study examined two layer suppliers: first layer (providers of the parts and raw material directly to the manufacturer), and the second layer (providers of parts and raw material for the first layer) finally the study searched for the optimal supplier among them in each layer. To rank suppliers the below item were applieid: the concepts of first and second layers suppliers, green factor, using the proposed method entitled as s"second layer". Then their associated Fuzzy numbers were calculated through Hierarchical Fuzzy TOPSIS method based on different levels of alpha. The study tries to establish a systematic approach for evaluating and selecting two layers of suppliers an dat he same time taking into account environmental factors. Manufacturer Stove Companies were the study sample.

Abstract: 

In a Fuzzy Identity-Based Encryption (FIBE) scheme, a user with the private key for an identity ID is able to decrypt a ciphertext encrypted with another identity ID if and only if ID and ID' are within a certain distance of each other as judged by some metric. The existing literature on FIBE assumes that all attributes are equally important. However, this assumption may not be appropriate in some situations. In this paper, we consider the problem of FIBE with attributes of different importance level. In this setting, the set of possible attributes admits a Hierarchical structure such that, during decryption process, attributes in lower levels can be replaced by those in higher levels. To solve this case, a new scheme called Hierarchical Fuzzy Identity-Based Encryption (HFIBE) was introduced then it was provided with a formal definition of security and an implementation method. The security of our proposed scheme is in the Selective-ID security model under the Decisional Modified Bilinear Diffe-Hellman assumption.
